The tender tank has been finished at North View Engineering Solutions (NVES) and exhibits much flatter external panels than those on
Tornado’s tender when it had reached this stage - it will now be delivered to Darlington Locomotive Works (DLW). Ian Howitt has made further progress in making small parts for the tender frames and Ian Matthews has completed filling and priming/undercoating the tender wheels.
